Terms & Conditions

 

> Please follow the "Shopping Guide" to make order.
> We will not respond to the order that failed to follow our guide line.

   The agent account might be cancel without any notification for those who often repeat the same mistake.

> Please refer to the Stock List before submit any order.
> For those items that mark in Yellow (Available) but in case it still out of stock, we will Change/Refund based on the option selected during order.
> If buyer still order for those items that not shown or clearly marked in Black in the stock list, we will change it without prior notice (based on warehouse decision).
> Any orders that submitted without refer to the stock list, if happened any out of stock, we will not refund for the postage.

   We realized that a lot of buyers purposely doing so just to increase their order quantity to get lower price.

> Once payment has been made, your order will be treated as final & confirmed.

   It will be processed by warehouse for posting. Any request for changes, cancellation, merging, addon will not be entertained.

> For payment by using account balance, if we found that you are choosing the postage fees that mismatch with your order quantity, we will revise to actual postage.

   RM2 admin fees maybe charge to your account. If the balance on your account is insufficient, the order will be cancel without prior notice.

> Full Payment need to be clear upon submission of the order, otherwise your order will be cancel. You have to resubmit the order again after full payment made.
> The daily cut off time falls on 10:30am (except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays).
> The order that paid before 10:30am will be post out on the same working day based on our best efforts.  
> Tracking number will be updated in between 5pm-9pm (unless notice given). Before that, please don’t email or inbox us to request for it.
> Once the tracking number has been updated / provided, it's the buyer's responsiblity to keep track with courier company on the delivery status.

   If happened that the parcel being returned by the courier company, buyer is required to bear the postage for reposting.

> If buyer request to cancel/refund for the returned parcel, admin fee of RM10 will be charge.
> Warehouse will not retain the items in the returned parcel, it will be re-included in the inventory for selling.
> For out of stock item, the balance will be refund into your user account in web shop. You can check it in the User Center. It's usable on your next order.
> We only accept the request to refund into bank account for the amount more than RM100.
> The goods are at your own risk from the time of delivery. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.
> Once the tracking number has been updated / provided, it means your parcel has been collected by the courier company.

   If there is any issue, please email / inbox HQ within 3 days based on the proof shown on the tracking system. Else we will not handle on that issue. 

> Please do not direct post back any lens without approval from HQ, we will not handle it.
> For any exchange that agreed by HQ, we will only post out after received the items that posted back by buyers. 
> If happened that warehouse posted the wrong items, buyer should post it back to seller for exchange, postage bear by each other.

   Under certain circumstances, we will post again the correct items together with the next order.  If buyer request for separate posting, postage is on buyer's side. 

> Any special request or mistake that caused by the buyer, we will not responsible for the delay as we need times to handle it. Please do not rush us. 
> Please make sure that you have complied with all the procedure and terms to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
> Please check on our Facebook, web shop notice & stock list regularly for the latest update.
> Any order that request for cancellation/refund due to buyer's problem, admin fees of RM10 will be charge.
> Any refund request to the bank account, it will be handling by A/C team on month end.
> Strictly NO cash posting on the parcel as it is prohibited by courier services. 
> Strictly NO exchange or return for the opened lens, defeat lens are only allow to claim if it's unopened. 
> All enquiries (Facebook Inbox/Email) will reply within 24 hours working day. 
> We do not hold responsible to the mistransaction of money should the buyer entered the wrong bank account number.
> For international buyers (outside Malaysia), Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country.

   If applicable, it is buyer's responsibility to deal with Customs office for the clearance. Policies may be vary by country.

   Some countries may required additional licenses and/or documents for import controls. Please contact the Customs office at your country for more details.

> Please take note that we do not ship to United State.
> We reserved the rights to change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.
